Is the campsite directly on the sea? How far are the bungalows from the beach?
Our private beach is about 350m from the village area. There are no roads to cross, but there is a pedestrian underpass under the railway that can be accessed directly from the campsite.
What is the difference between bungalows and chalets?
Bungalows are more robust structures, larger in size and with high-quality finishes.
Is the beach sandy?
The beach is made of fine sand, with a seabed that slopes very gently, and is partly free and partly equipped.
What is included in the weekly cost of bungalows and chalets?
It includes people, car parking, electricity, air conditioning, hot and cold water, final cleaning and beach service (one umbrella and two sun loungers), as well as swimming pool and entertainment.
Is the swimming pool extra or free entry?
Entry to the swimming pool is free, sun loungers and deckchairs are available free of charge subject to availability. Access to the swimming pool is prohibited to daily guests and to those outside the campsite.
Do you rent bikes?
It’s possible to rent men’s and women’s bikes with or without a child seat (max 15 Kg.)
Are there any club cards to pay?
No club card is necessary, the entertainment service is included in the price.
Can I put an additional cot for children in the double bedroom?
In some types of Bungalows it is possible to place the camping cot in the double bedroom, while in the Chalets it is only possible by removing one of the single beds in the bedroom. On request we provide cots, high chairs and side guards free of charge.
What are the booking methods?
You can book by filling in the information request box at the bottom of each page of the site; an email will be sent with a detailed quote from which you can book the type you prefer.
Is it possible to make agreements for the board service?
Yes, in our new restaurant it’s possible to request both full board (€ 39 for adults and € 29 for children up to 12 years) and half board (€ 24 for adults and € 19 for children up to 12 years), also to takeaway. However, being the restaurant a separate management, the balance of the board service must be paid directly to the restaurant managers.
What's the cancellation policy?
Payment
• A 30% deposit must be paid within 7 days of the Management Confirmation
• The balance is due upon arrival, after viewing the property
Cancellation
• Up to 30 days before arrival: deposit refunded
• From the 29th day, up to 8 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will not be refunded.
• From the seventh day to arrival the amount to be paid will be 50% (deposit + 20%).
Arrival and Departure
• Late arrivals or early departures do not entitle guests to refunds: the full amount of the stay must be paid.
• The Management will take care of relocating the booked property in order to refund the customer even partially.
• Even in the event of a no show, a penalty equal to 50% of the stay will be charged.
The cancellation conditions also apply in cases of unforeseen circumstances.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to hotel bookings (Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n - Legislative Decree 206/2005).
